This is my second year working with the Ascona Vineyard in the Santa Cruz Mountains and it truly is a dream.

The grapes were harvested on September 5th, 2022. I immediately foot tread it and let it soak on the skins for 42 hours. The juice was then pressed and fermented with native yeast in stainless steel tank over the period of 2 weeks. It went through malolactic fermentation in neutral barrel and was bottled on March 31st 2023.

For folks in warmer climates, your wines will ship as weather permits for them to arrive safely from heat damage.
